Kick’n Chicken Fajitas

I love simple but good for you food. I have created a 5 ingredient chicken fajitas meal, you can serve alone, over rice or rolled in a tortilla.

This recipe below serves 2 – 4

Ingredients:
Chicken (about 1 pound, sliced or chunked)
Kick’n Chicken Seasoning by Weber  (use to your discretion…. I used 1TB, spicy but still able to eat it)
1 TB. EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
1/2 a White onion (sliced)
1 cup of sliced bell peppers

1.) Warm skillet to a medium heat, add your EVOO
2.) Add chicken and sprinkle with Kick’n Chicken Seasoning (Use as much or as little as you like)
3.) Sauté chicken till cooked thoroughly (no pink juices!)
4.) Add sliced peppers and onions, sauté till cooked to your desired firmness (I cook mine about 3 minutes on medium high heat,  stirring occasionally)
5.) Eat by itself or serve with tortillas
