I have been obsessed with the HGTV show “Fixer Upper” since it hit the air 5 seasons ago. Chip and Joanna have been a constant in our house on the weekends or evenings when nothing else is on TV. I love to see what they do to the homes their clients purchase, I love the details Joanna puts in decorating and designing these spaces and of course the shiplack walls have become something I love and dream of.
I wasn’t a huge fan of the “Farmhouse” theme until I saw them. I’ve been more into the clean and modern lines, but for some reason, my house is starting to resemble more of a farmhouse than anything else and I love it.
When I found out they were partnering with Target, my heart might have skipped a beat and I did a happy dance, just like all the other basic moms out there. I love their designs, I love the looks. It is all cute, simple and homey. I want it all of course and I’m so happy I received a Hearth & Hand with Magnolia salad plate in cream color for free, from Target to review.
Let me start off with it is gorgeous, it is well made and the items look like they are made individually due to the unevenness of the edges. The cream color is charming, however it does come with two other colors, black and green. The dish feels sturdy and will most likely last a while. It is dishwasher safe (thank goodness) and microwave safe, which is great if you are using these as everyday dinnerware. Each season Hearth & Hand with Magnolia will release refreshed items to update your home. The look that the Heath & Hand with Magnolia line is similar to what you would see with their HGTV shows design aspect, modern, classic, industrial and vintage touches, which is true to the “Farmhouse” look.
The Hearth & Hand with Magnolia dinnerware line can cost you a pretty penny. Currently the items are not sold in a discounted box set and you would need to purchase each item individually and the prices run $3.99 to $5.99 per dinnerware item and other items in the line start at $2.99 and up . Maybe you are are looking at purchasing this line just for the purpose of entertaining and holidays which is understandably pricey in other department store, this will also set you back a pretty penny to do a standard table of 8-12 settings, however your holiday table will shine with these gorgeous pieces.

I received this item for free, for the purpose of my review. All opinions are 100% my own.
